OUR SERVICES

Practical advice.
Informed next steps.

Consulting and project management that connect clean energy analysis, property operations and investment considerations around your objectives.

01 / CLEAN ENERGY

Understand the energy.
Explore the options.

Illustrated renewable energy landscape

Energy modelling consultations

We help you understand how a building or project uses energy and how proposed changes could affect performance. We work with you to frame baseline energy use and compare scenarios such as efficiency upgrades, electrification, solar generation and storage.

A consultation can explore expected energy savings, emissions, project costs and operating costs, with clear assumptions and sensitivity checks. The aim is to identify promising options and the information needed for a more detailed assessment.

Grid modelling consultations

Our grid modelling work examines how electricity demand, generation and storage interact with the wider power system. We work with you to define modelling questions, review inputs and interpret scenarios involving load growth, renewable generation, storage and grid constraints.

Discussions can consider demand profiles, peak loads, supply flexibility and connection considerations, helping you understand potential system impacts and plan the next stage of study.

Scope and deliverables are agreed for each project. Utility approvals, connection studies and any regulated engineering work require the appropriate utility or qualified professional.

03 / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The right support.
At the right stage.

For clean energy initiatives, property projects and related business improvements.

Engage us for a defined part of the work or for project management from initiation through closeout.

Segmented project support

Bring us in where support is most useful: to develop a project plan, coordinate a workstream, review a schedule, track costs, organize stakeholder communication or prepare for handover. We agree on the boundaries and deliverables, then work alongside your existing people and advisers.

Complete project management

For a broader engagement, we coordinate the agreed project lifecycle: defining objectives, building the plan, organizing delivery, monitoring progress and supporting closeout. Responsibilities, decision-making authority and reporting arrangements are established at the outset.

What the work can include

  1. Objectives, scope and responsibilities. Clarify the intended outcome, deliverables, exclusions, stakeholders, success criteria and approval points. Typical outputs include a project brief and responsibility matrix.
  2. Planning and scheduling. Break the work into activities, dependencies and milestones; identify resource needs; and develop a practical schedule with agreed review points.
  3. Budgets and cost tracking. Establish cost assumptions and a budget baseline, track commitments and actual costs, and highlight variances and forecast changes for your review.
  4. Procurement and coordination. Help organize requirements, request and compare proposals, track procurement milestones and coordinate consultants, suppliers and contractors within the agreed scope.
  5. Risks, issues and changes. Maintain clear logs of risks, actions, issues and decisions. Assess how proposed changes affect scope, schedule and cost, and bring them forward for approval.
  6. Progress and stakeholder communication. Coordinate meetings, follow up on actions and provide concise status reports on milestones, costs, dependencies and decisions needed.
  7. Quality and delivery reviews. Track agreed acceptance criteria, coordinate deliverable reviews and follow up on outstanding items with the responsible specialists.
  8. Handover and closeout. Coordinate completion records, operating information and outstanding actions; review outcomes and capture lessons for future work.

A scope that fits your project

An engagement may combine selected services or cover the complete management process. We agree on deliverables, timing, fees, reporting frequency and responsibilities before work begins. Your organization retains the approvals and commitments assigned to it; regulated design, inspections, site safety and specialist sign-offs remain with the appropriately appointed professionals and duty holders.
